RETURNS & REFUNDS

All purchases are final so please choose carefully. We want you to love your items as much as we do, so if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a CREDIT (excluding the shipping) within 7 days of receiving it.

Please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility. We hope you understand.

If an item is damaged through delivery, please contact us immediately with a photo explaining the damage and we will issue a REPLACEMENT.

PAYMENTS

Sea Life's Beauty uses PayPal and Square to take payment for all orders. Sea Life's Beauty does not store any credit card information – all credit card information is processed by Paypal via your PayPal account or your credit card is securely processed by Square. When placing an order with Sea Life's Beauty you (the customer) confirm that you are authorised to use your selected credit card and/or Paypal account. Every care and duty within our power is taken to ensure this site is secure, and we make an effort to use all available technology and safety measures. Therefore, Sea Life's Beauty cannot be held responsible for any loss suffered because of unauthorised access to this site.

AVAILABILITY

The order confirmation you receive at the end of a transaction serves as an indication that we have received your order. Although every effort is made to ensure the quantities and products are up to date on the website, very occasionally some items may not be available after you have placed an order for them.

SALES

From time to time we will offer sales and discount coupons on items within Sea Life's Beauty. Sales will happen without previous notice, Sea Life's Beauty does not take any responsibility if items are purchased full price and then the item goes into sale afterwards. The discount codes will only be valid to the dates stated and after they have expired cannot be used again.

MATERIALS

The images on www.sealifesbeauty.com.au are representative of the styles and products available, exact products can vary slightly from the images. Each product is handmade and so small differences will occur in the production process – we believe this is what makes these products so beautiful, as each is always unique.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

All our products are designed using pure essential oil brands. While great care is taken in developing the blends, all products are used at your own risk. Sea Life's Beauty will not be liable for any potential adverse reactions, skin irritations, illness or risk associated with the use of these products. Please seek advice from your medical practitioner before using Sea Life's Beauty products if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have any medical conditions, as not all essential oils are safe to use at this time. If you experience any discomfort, please discontinue use of the product immediately.
